Live Remote Support

TitleTec utilizes remote assistance software powered by GoToAssist. This product allows a support representative to remotely connect to your pc, diagnose the issue, and correct the problem in real-time.

To utilize this feature, please begin by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-866-689-0578. Once it is determined that a remote connection is needed, simply click the icon on the left and enter the code provided by your representative.

Live Web Training

In an effort to provide you with the most comprehensive training options available, we are pleased to offer you a seat in our virtual classroom.

Please logon to the training session at least 10 minutes before the session begins. You may need to download the GoToMeeting software in order to attend the class. Please see the following instructions.

To Get Started:

Check the training schedules below.
Click the “Join Meeting” button that corresponds to the training class you signed up for.
Click “RUN”, “ACCEPT”, or “DOWNLOAD” if prompted to install the Gotomeeting.com meeting software.
When the meeting software starts, dial the conference call telephone number displayed on your screen to hear the voice aspect of the training session.
You will receive your t21 system logon information upon the completion of this web-based training session.

Onsite Support

TitleTec has an expert staff of local support representatives available to help with issues that require onsite assistance. Our local support reps often assist in the implementation of the TilteTec software. They are also available for ongoing training needs. Please contact your local representative or our customer service department to schedule an appointment. Additional fees may apply.
